This policy applies to all software licenses and subscriptions sold by Louis Phillipe Perner Tecnologia da Informação LTDA (Datamonkeys), CNPJ 37.068.052/0001-00. A product page may offer more generous terms; it never offers less.
Free trials
When a product has a free trial, we recommend using it before you buy, to check that the product works on your device and fits what you need.
Full refund within 14 days
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason. This includes the 7-day right of withdrawal for online purchases under the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (art. 49).
Subscriptions
For monthly and yearly plans, the 14-day full refund applies to the first payment. After that, you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period already paid; renewals are not refunded pro rata, unless the law requires it.
Products that do not work
If a product does not work as described on its page and we cannot fix it, we refund the amount paid for the current period, even after 14 days.
Custom development
Custom software projects follow the refund and cancellation terms of the proposal or contract signed for that project.
How to ask
Email hello@datamonkeys.ai with the email used for the purchase and the product name. We confirm within 2 business days and refund through the same payment method, usually within 10 business days, depending on the payment provider. After a refund, the license for that purchase stops being valid.
